Landforms

In this lesson, students will read about different landforms found on earth. 

CONTENT OBJECTIVE: I can name and describe different landforms and tell how water forms are different from land forms.

WIDA Standard 4 (Science): Identify landforms and distinguish flowing vs. still water features.

WIDA Standard 2 (Language Arts): Use descriptive words (big, small, high, low) to compare landforms.

WIDA Standard 1 (Social/Instructional): Use frames (e.g., “A ___ is a ___ that ___.”).
