In this episode, we introduce three common animals and the sounds they make in English. Listeners are invited to identify silhouetted figures and the sounds they make as either as animals or people. This episode is entirely in English, but is strongly supported with both visuals and audio, making it the perfect immersive language learning experience for beginning English language learners. Here is a description of the activities!
- Print out pages 1-2 and have your students complete the activities during or after watching episode 1.
- On page 1 students will match the correct animals and then fill in the sounds they make.
- On page 2 students will complete a True/False activity identifying whether the icons are animals or people. Then, students will complete the sentences with the correct word.
